Awarded the 2021 Master Builders SA, Building Excellence Award for the category of Apartments, this luxury build was a Minuzzo Project Management development in conjunction with Global Intertrade. As the developer Minuzzo were team leader for the project, coordinating a collaborative team of consultants and contractors. Minuzzo's role included budget preparation based on preliminary designs to design development, programming, planning, construction, right through to final handover and maintenance of the building once occupied.

217 East Terrace

Project value: $32 Million
Client: Joint Venture Team - Global Intertrade and Minuzzo
Purpose built 5 level medical specialist centre adjacent to existing major hospital including ground floor retail and two-level basement carpark. As the developer and builder are team leader for the project, coordinating a collaborative team of consultants and contractors. Minuzzo's role will include budget preparation based on preliminary designs to design development, programming, planning, construction, right through to final handover and maintenance of the building once occupied.

Woodville Medical Centre

Project value: $45 Million
Client: Woodville Medical
New purpose built library and community centre incorporating large library collections, arrival and customer service space, administration offices, community function centre, associated kitchen, meeting rooms, a toy library and a makerspace. At the centre of the facility is a central garden which functions as a foyer, play space, reading garden, event and exhibition space.

Parks Library and Community Centre

Project value: $7 Million
Client: Port Adelaide Enfield Council
Awarded the 2021 Master Builders SA, Building Excellence Award for the category of Heritage Restoration. This project was a complex and diverse restoration. It included an internal refurbishment, installation of lift and new stairs from the ground floor to the new exhibition space in the existing attic. The relocation/refurbishment of administration facilities over two floors and the construction of a new tree lined bitumen driveway with entrance all the way to existing carpark facilities.

Carrick Hill Redevelopment

Purpose built two storey office building with associated car parking and landscaping.

Fullarton Road, Norwood

Four independent retirement homes as part of a larger retirement village.

St Pauls Aged Care Retirement Village

Residential development over three storeys comprising of 16 self-contained apartments comprising 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with associated amenities, common areas and undercroft carparking.

Bowden 7

Project value: $6 Million
Client: Rossdale Homes
Refurbishment and extension of existing hotel including new dining, gaming and bar areas constructed while maintaining the existing heritage features of the building. Separate commercial development next to the hotel included a two storey retail and office building with associated basement and rear suspended car parking.

Redevelopment

Refurbishment of existing two storey office building incorporating new main entry and reception, general office areas, boardroom and associated amenities.

External heritage works to the eastern wing façade of the heritage listed SA Museum. Works include stone, timber, glazing, slate roof and painting restoration.

South Australian Museum

Expansion of the existing Mausoleum comprising of additional internal crypts, and a series of external crypts surrounded by new landscaping.

Enfield Memorial Park Mausoleum Expansion

Extensive refurbishment of the former Adelaide Stock Exchange building has transformed the RiAus building into a state-of-the-art two hundred seat auditorium, flexible event and exhibition spaces, resource centre, media centre and office space.

Refurbishment of the Historical Elder Wing “Greening of Gallery” Lighting Upgrade, incorporating the installation of state-of-the-art lighting, replacement of curved glass ceiling panels and full refurbishment of the existing North Terrace Vestibule entrance, including new main entry with reception, cloak room and amenities.
