Awarded the 2021 Master Builders SA, Building Excellence Award for the category of Apartments, this luxury build was a Minuzzo Project Management development in conjunction with Global Intertrade. As the developer Minuzzo were team leader for the project, coordinating a collaborative team of consultants and contractors. Minuzzo's role included budget preparation based on preliminary designs to design development, programming, planning, construction, right through to final handover and maintenance of the building once occupied.

Purpose built 5 level medical specialist centre adjacent to existing major hospital including ground floor retail and two-level basement carpark. As the developer and builder are team leader for the project, coordinating a collaborative team of consultants and contractors. Woodville Medical Centre

New purpose built library and community centre incorporating large library collections, arrival and customer service space, administration offices, community function centre, associated kitchen, meeting rooms, a toy library and a makerspace. At the centre of the facility is a central garden which functions as a foyer, play space, reading garden, event and exhibition space.
